Co-Op now stocking Blas y Tir throughout Wales!

It is celebration time here at Blas y Tir, after securing a deal with The Co-op to supply Blas y Tir potatoes in stores throughout Wales!

We’re so pleased to be launching in Co-op food stores in Wales as it means we are extending the reach of Blas y Tir, which is really important for our customers. We will now be supplying 100 stores in Wales with Blas y Tir Pembrokeshire Earlies and Blas y Tir Baking Potatoes, hoping that people living in rural areas of Wales who have not yet had the ability to buy Blas y Tir on a regular basis will have access to a wider range of Welsh produce in their local supermarkets.

Simon Dryell, Ranging Manager for The Co-op in Wales, told us: “The Co-op is committed to offering more locally sourced Welsh produce. We are delighted to be working closely with Blas y Tir, together we can respond to increasing consumer demand for fresh, quality, Welsh produce sold conveniently.”

We are excited to be working with the Co-op to provide them with fresh produce grown, picked and packed in Wales. With our TV advert for Pembrokeshire Earlies currently on screens throughout Wales, it is important that all customers have access to this iconic Welsh potato.
